Open for Application -
The College Collaboration Programme 2024-25

(English Version Only)

The College Collaboration Programme 2024-25 is now opened for application. The Programme aims to enhance collaboration between the Committee Against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment (CADSH) and College in organising activities that promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. The goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive campus environment, thereby preventing discrimination and sexual harassment within the University community.

Mechanism

To facilitate effective event organization of activities for students, a range of activities that match with the advocacy of CADSH will be identified and suggested to Colleges for consideration. While CADSH will assist in the coordination and provide financial support, individual College could select the activity(ies) deemed suitable for their students to tally with their College objectives and timeframe within the Activity Period, and arrange for the recruitment and promotion to students of their College.

Individual College who runs the activity will oversee the project arrangement in accordance with the University’s procurement procedures for engaging the respective service provider (or incurring other expenses) and will be reimbursed via inter-departmental billing upon completion of the activity and receipt of supporting documents. Please refer to the Programme Guidelines & Appendix below for details.
