Anti-discrimination Resource Persons

Anti-discrimination Resource Persons of each College/Hall/Office are to:

1. serve as the first point of contact to address concerns about discrimination and harassment; 
2. provide information about the relevant policy and the complaint procedures;
3. inform about available options;
4.  provide information and advice about where to get help, e.g. counselling; and
5. refer the case to the Panel Against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment for follow-up, as appropriate.


List of Anti-discrimination Resource Persons

The Anti-discrimination Resource Persons of each College and Postgraduate Hall provide advice for their students and staff on how to handle or refer cases of discrimination and harassment.

Role of Anti-discrimination Resource Person

a) To serve as the first point of contact in a College/ Postgraduate Hall to address concerns about discrimination and harassment; 
b) To provide information about the policy and the complaint procedures;
c) To inform about available options;
d)  To provide information and advice about where to get more help, e.g. counselling; and
e) To refer the case to the Panel Against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment (PADSH) for follow-up, if necessary.
