Target Participants: Members of Panel Against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment; Faculty and College representatives who has the responsibility to assist in handling of discrimination/ sexual harassment complaints
Content highlights:
- External legal advisor will share insights and case experience on discriminations in campus environment and workplace. Practical examples surrounding issues of disability, transgender, family status, etc will be provided.
- Trainer from Equal Opportunities Commission will share techniques in handling allegations and resolving concerns/complaints of sexual harassment through early resolution. Participants will have chance to gain real-time feedback through a series of role-play.
